    Mr. Shyam Kedia

    Mr. Shyam Kedia has many laurels attached to his name. He had an extraordinary academic background, he was the youngest in India to qualify all the three professional courses in India (Chartered Accountancy, Cost & Management Accountancy, Company Secretaryship) securing all India Ranks.He is also a first class graduate from Delhi University. He is one of the most renowned expert to advise clients to set up business in India.He is having expertise in many domains including Mergers & Acquisitions, Taxation, Company Law, Foreign Exchange laws. He is known to be one of the best advisers for cost optimisation and sales volume improvement. He is an adviser for many foreign nations missions present in India. He has a unique style of motivational management which is highly endorsed by the esteemed clients of our company and our team members.

    He has advised many foreign Private & Government companies for setting up business in India. He was associated with EY during his initial career days and has advised large clients like SBI,Axis Bank,LIC etc. He is consultant to many Public Sector Enterprises in India in Energy,Infrastructure and other sectors.
